ARTA Ventures is a $3M seed venture fund investing in US-based Applied AI startups across software, hardware, robotics, space, dual use and enterprise automation.
The fund is managed by two seasoned operator-founders:
• Anca Burke, a 20+ year operator and investor with deep experience across SaaS, AI, hardware, healthcare, and government innovation, former IBM, and active role as National Innovation Security Network member, and

ARTA Ventures writes checks of $100K–$250K at Seed, and Bridge stages, constructing a portfolio of 17-20 companies with a unicorn potential. With a standard 2/20 fee structure and a 10-year fund life ARTA Ventures targets 7x gross MOIC to LPs. The fund's competitive edge is threefold:
